The SWS sales department is divided into regions. When you first log in to sws.cz, you’ll be assigned to a sales representative for your region who will be personally responsible for your care. Feel free to contact them with any concerns, we’re happy to help. Sales representatives answer questions from partners concerning business matters, handle order processing and coordinate the credit system.

The product management department is responsible for a significant portion of business activities. The department contains dozens of experienced product managers (PM), who are divided into groups based on the types of goods for which they are responsible. Each of them cares for a portfolio of products from one or multiple brands, and has an in-depth level of expertise thanks to narrow specialisation. This is highly appreciated by our partners due to the rapid changes that occur as IT develops. If you have any questions concerning product parameters, do not hesitate to contact them. Product managers answer business partners' inquiries, and are responsible for product pricing and optimizing inventory. Product managers are listed under the names of individual products once you log in to the system.

You can collect goods from us by carrier or in person in Prague and Slušovice. SWS strives to provide customers with perfectly functioning logistics. We’re expanding our warehousing space and continue to refine our system for optimising on-hand inventories. We’ve had 13 000 m2 of warehousing space available since the autumn of 2019. We ship goods several times a day to ensure you receive your order within 24 hours if you place your order on a business day.

The claims department is responsible for smoothly resolving claims involving goods in which defects have appeared. People from the claims register claims involving products and then resolve claims on a case-by-case basis. If a claim involves goods with a dedicated service centre (Acer, APC and others), customers don't exercise their claims via SWS; rather, they must contact the authorised service centre directly. This fact is specified in the warranty conditions for the specific goods. Personnel in the claims department resolve claims in the shortest possible time frame. Credit notes are issued for claims that cannot be resolved through repair or replacement.
