SWS a. s. was established in 1991, currently has CZK 130.485 million in registered capital and employs nearly 300 people.

SWS a. s. is exclusively a distribution company focused on the purchase and sale of information and communication technologies, consumer electronics and digital technology. It provides its business partners with a broad portfolio of hardware and software products from more than 250 manufacturers. Within its business activities, the company places emphasis on long-term relationships with business partners, who truly sees and values them as partners. This attitude is expressed by the slogan: „Distributor at your service“.

Over its many years on the IT market, SWS has received numerous awards and certificates that serve as proof to business partners that they are dealing with a proven company of the highest quality. The company received a quality management system certificate in 2017 pursuant to the EN ISO 9001:2016 standard, and thanks to the support of its partners, it was ranked in 1st place in the broadline distributor category in the ChannelWorld Awards 2018 and once again took home a Superbrands 2020 award for the SWS brand. The company’s registered office is located in Slušovice, 10 km north-east of Zlín.
